Work Experience

Construction Manager II- Ericsson- Sprint

   10/2014 –11/17/2015 CM II Ericsson -  Sprint 65Mhz project and Hi Cap TX-DFW

-          Coordinate and manage 65Mhz installations for Sprint cell sites from site planning to closeout complete

-          Ensure that the ASP adheres to most current installation documents (CD’s RFDS); and redline whenever changes are needed

-          Facilitate 65Mhz and Hi-cap installations when unforeseen logistics problems occur

-          Punch walk the sites after the 65Mhz/Hi-cap upgrades and coordinate with the SP to resolve any issues

-          Drive the SP’s to submit tower work close out packages, and review/approve them

-          Conduct A&E site walks, site walks during construction/installaion, and punch walks on DAS site builds 

-          In charge of more than 250 SNV clean-up sites requiring scheduling with the SP and coordinating ground crews on sites as well as instructing crews on Ericsson standards for site clean-up

-          Conducting punch walks on all the SNV ground clean-up sites and coordinating with the SP to make the necessary corrections

-          Review/approve closeout packages submitted by the SP for ground clean-up sites ensuring that they meet Sprint specs for final site acceptance

Construction Manager II- Artech contractor for Ericsson

   10/2012 – 10/2014 CM II Artech contractor for Ericsson (Sprint SNV, COP team, and 65Mhz project TX-DFW, ETX, STX, WTX, Ok)

          - Conduct A&E, AAV, Construction progress, Punch walk, and corrective action

                  site visits for Sprint SNV project

- Complete and submit site survey forms, daily site visit logs, and CM checklists

- Work with construction contractors to ensure timeline and quality is being met

          - Provide field support for new cell construction as pertinent to onsite   

                   supervision, equipment delivery coordination, path alignment coordination,

                   equipment installation
